This looked like a very nice room, only to discover, that we had been lunched on by many bedbugs. My husband received over 150 bites and myself about50. They rose up to big welts, and very itchy,very disfiguring on the face and neck. One Dr. said it was the worst case she had ever seen. This lasted for 3 weeks.
Management informed us that it was an isolated case, only in that room. They offered us no apology, or monetary payment.
