In response to anonymous posting 12/27/12 - when our housekeepers finish cleaning, the room is left with drawers open & cushions up so that inspector may complete the housekeeping process. I apologize that it was unnerving--please call the Front Desk any time with questions. Thank you!

My husband just checked in and all drawers are open and cushion are flipped up like they have fumigated but they say it is fine and no beg bugs... Help?
