Stayed at this hotel from August 24th to 25th. Did a quick search for the bugs and didn't find anything obvious, however I didn't know until now exactly what to look for like the larvae and eggs until now. My family started itching as soon as we got home and now I have bugs all over my apartment. The hotel management doesn't care and refuses to give me a refund. Do not stay here!

Checked into room 109 on August 27th with my sister and niece. Made an initial search of the room (NYC habit) and was unnerved by dried blood splotches and pungent sweet smell eminating from boxspring. Despite my instincts I decided we should stay. An hour and later I felt the urge to check again and found an early stage nymph on the corner of the boxspring. I killed it, brought it to the front desk and asked to cancel. I was told he could not cancel that night but ought to come back the next da
y. The next day the manager became adversarial, told my sister she should have taken a photo and refused our refund.
