On the morning of 12/12/12, I woke up to bugs crawling up the wall. I carefully squished one so it was still recognizable and took it to the front desk, who said it was a bed bug. They took my name and number and said they'd have the manager call me when he got in. I never received a call, they did not enter my room to verify the presence or absence of bugs, and they did not appear to pass the information to anyone, as when I checked out I was asked "Was everything OK?" No, it was not.
