Bit-and-pissed on 12/29/2012

My wife, three kids and I state here for a grand total of 11 hours. In that amount of time, my daughter and I were bit numerous times. This happened on 12/28/12. This morning,12/29/12, my bite count is up to 29, my four year old daughters bite count is 14. From what I understand it can take up to 9 days for all the bites to show up. After contacting the owner of the hotel I was informed by the owner that bed bugs don't live in Utah... Anyone with a brain or at least google knows this is not true
