I stayed at the hotel December 2nd and have 50+ bites on my body. I went to the front desk and showed a staff the bites and got a different room. I felt better in the second room but I was already cover with bite marks. I only stayed for one night.

They sent me an email telling me they found nothing in either rooms. But my doctor confirmed, without a doubt, I got bitten by bugs. I called and left a voicemail for the general manager and no one called back. Replied to the email from the ho
