Checked into room 6045 on October 2, 2015. We were out on the property all evening and returned to the room about 11:30 pm. I had 6 little girls with me, because we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. The girls started to get ready for bed, and before anyone actually got into the bed, I noticed a bug on the bed. I took a picture of it. Then, I googled pictures of bedbugs to help identify it. I called the front desk. A couple of employees were sent to my room. By the time the 2nd empl
oyee arrived, we found more bed bugs on the pillows. I was offered another room (7050) and some vouchers. However, when we arrived in room 7050, I noticed a bug (don't know what it was) crawling across the wall in the restroom. By the time I got my camera and back, the bug was gone. I made the call not to stay for the night. I had to drive myself and 6 little girls back home at 12:30 am, because I couldn't contact their parents. My daughter was crying, because her birthday party was ruined. The next day I spoke with a manager who informed me that they would call in professionals to confirm bed bugs were in room 6045, and then, they might talk to me about giving me a refund. That was five days ago. I plan to keep calling until I receive an answer.

People from my group were bitten by multiple bedbugs in rooms 1035 and 1037. The hotel staff was notified of the infestation.
