Stayed one night: December 15th, 2012. Felt bed bug bite during the night and sure enough had them when returning home. Had to hire the bed bug dog to come inspect apartment for $1800. The hotel said they called an exterminator, they did not confirm that bed bugs were found on the premises but they did give the full refund. They also said they had never had a history of bed bugs so hopefully this is a problem they will get under control quickly, I have to say they were responsive and I believe t
