I work as an interpreter for a company in Manchester. Several of our Japanese employees living in separate buildings at Ambassador have been getting bites in their sleep. One guy even switched rooms 3 times and is still being bitten. It's really severe; his face is literally ballooning because of the sheer number of bites. We checked the bedding and found live bed bugs. The hotel is treating the rooms one at a time, but unfortunately for them, the whole complex is infested. This has been an ongo
