As an update, I received an email on 11/6/2012 from the hotel manager who assured me the room had been fumigated.

I stayed here 10/29/12-11/2/12 while on a business trip. Discovered bites the first and subsequent days, but thought it was something I had gotten outside (I work outdoors). On the last morning, I woke up and threw the covers back a little farther than normal and found a large adult bed bug on the sheet. A little more searching revealed a nymph bed bug and what I think was an egg. Desk staff said bugs had been reported a couple of weeks back and the room was sprayed. I'm unsure staff unders
tood the insects were actually bed bugs as she said they hoped the people who initially reported them had brought the bugs in after hunting prairie dogs. Regardless, staff were very friendly and immediately reimbursed the cost of my room.
