Yucky bugs on 06/28/2013
I stayed in the hotel July 26th 2013. This hotel used to be a comfort Suites but is now a Fairfield Inn and Suites my Marriott. I was immediately suspicious of my room becuase one of two mattressed were zipped in a protective bag - which Marriott does not use (travel A LOT). Once I looked around I noticed bed bugs - in broad daylight - crawling up the wall. I flicked one into a bowl and handed it to housekeepint.

ce strong. Not happy with hotel managment - I left a message twice and both times they said management would call me back and was aware of the situation. They never returned my call! I also didnt feel as if the bedbug problem was a concern by hotel staff (been there done that attitude)... I had to wait over 15 minutes so that someone can try to find me another hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on Aug 23rd, 2011. We stayed in Room 402 and did not check for bed bugs but the next day when we got out of bed, both of us were covered in bug bites. We had them on our legs, our backs, arms, and feet. We changed hotels but now are terrified that we will bring the bed bugs home with us.
