My husband and I reserved a room at Westgate Resort for two nights on July 18, 2008. We placed in room 216. On our first night stay I was awaken by my husband at 3:00am because he thought he saw bugs in my bed. When I moved from the bed we could see many bugs in the bed. He started killing a few and we realized that they were everywhere in the bed and in the pillow cases. We then examined his bed and found the same. We tried to call the front desk but no one answered. As my husband moved our bel
ongings from the area, I went down to the front desk to report our findings. I asked for someone in the resort to come to our room to see for themselves. A man and the security person (female) came to the room. It was so disturbing that she screamed when she saw them. We were offered another room which was across the hall. We were so unnerved that we lefted the hotel and returned home. I called DEHEC but was told that they no longer regulate hotels. Needless to say we have many bumps over our bodies and took steps to not infest our home
