Upset guest on 01/31/2010

Room 311. After my wife and I slept the night, we woke up to find a very big bed bug on my pillow. I didn't know what it was so I flushed it down the toilet. Later I looked up bedbug on the internet and the picture was exactly what I saw.

I reported this later to the manager. He seemed concerned so he had the room examined by his staff and an exterminator.

He called me back and said they did not find anything...

I asked for mu money back but refused. I think he thought I was trying to g
