Stayed at this resort on Sept. 8th & 9th in Room 510. Have multiple bites on my arms from staying in this room. Had covers on the beds, but did not keep us from getting bitten. The mattress and box springs had bed bug covers on them. That should have been my first clue. Won't be staying ANYWHERE until I check the Bedbug Registry first! I am a hotel owner & this is unacceptable for our hotels.

Stayed in the Palmetto Tower at the Breakers Resort and found bedbugs the next morning - everywhere. Moved out immediately! Hotel was nice enough to take all of our belongings and steam treat them and comped our stay.

was at the starbucks across and found a bed bug on the chair.
