Eaten by bedbugs on 23 Jun 2014. Management claimed inspection did not discover any bedbugs. I wonder if they are willing to spend a night in the same bed? I didn't want anything from management except "thank you, we'll take care of it". My room was paid for by my organization. But all I got was a blatant denial from someone who hid in the back. I think they should fire their punk ass manager and the inspectors.

Dispute for posting on The Bedbug Registry
The Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast/Trevose

On 09/01/2011, an anonymous erroneous posting was made by a guest’s sister-in-law.
On 9/2/11, we spoke directly to the guest and emailed a copy of the professional pest control company’s inspection report for the room reported confirming that there were NO BED BUGS in the room in question. The guest stated he would have the complaint removed. We have also written The Bedbug Registry on two occ

asions, providing proof that this complaint was not based on facts and the room was declared free of bed bugs. We have asked to have the false statement removed from the registry. To date this has not been handled by the Registry.

Every employee has been trained on our pro-active Bed Bug Procedure. Weekly, rooms at random are inspected by our professional Pest Control Company as an on-going preventative We do have a very thorough preventative program in place and we stand behind our far-reaching efforts to provide all our guests with a safe and bed bug free environment...

My brother-in-law, an Amtrak employee; who stayed overnight at the Radisson Hotel on Saturday, August 27, 2011. Amtrak was kind enough to provide hotel accomdationfor their employees; in the event that the weather conditions were bad and travel impeded, as a result of Hurricane Irene. During his stay at the hotel, he was bitten by bed bugs. The following morning, he promptly reported the problem to the hotel manager; who offered little assistance. He suffered bed bug bites to his chest & abd

omen and discomfort associated with this type of occurrence. Upon his return to his home, he discarded his suitcase and clothing; to ensure that he didn’t carry any of the bed bugs and infect his residence. As you are aware, bed bugs are very hard to kill, he opted to take the necessary precautions to make sure that his home was safe from infestation.

To-date, no one form the hotel has contacted him. No form of redress has been offered or extended by the Raddison, for his loses (suitcase & clothing items that were discarded). As a curtsey, one would have expected that the hotel would have done their due diligence & minimally, followed up with him, access his losses & offered some type of redress. At this present juncture, not only was his stay at the hotel a disaster, but to add insult to injury, the fee for his hotel room, haven’t been refunded to his employer.
