After a couple nights stay our 6 year old daughter showed us 2 bite marks on her leg. We passed them off as bug bites from outside. During the morning of the day we left, she show us 2 more bites on her leg. Our daughter had slept on the pull out sofa bed. My husband and I slept on the bed, and did not experience any bug bites. My husband reported this to a clerk and the assistant manager upon check-out. After we returned home I took my daughter to the doctor, where it was confirmed that they we
re bedbug bites. I called the hotel and reported it to the assistant manager, since the general manager was busy. He did tell that he had spoken to my husband during check-out. He then told my that she could not have gotten the bites there because at sometime within the year they had been inspected!!! I told him that I would talk to husband and that we would possibly be calling back to talk to the general manager. As I said thank you to end my phone call, I was hung up on!

Woke up on Tuesday with bites all over. Went to the doctor thinking it might be allergies and had to get a shot to help with the itching. When I went back to the hotel, I looked at the mattress and saw bed bugs and have pictures of several of them. I told the management but I am not sure their course of action. I was in a handicapped room and I was told it might have them since animals are allowed in those rooms
