I was bitten by bedbugs in room 119 at the end of April 2013.

We stayed here overnight on Thursday April 18 as part of a school group. This hotel is severely infested with bed bugs. I personally got bit there as well as several other people. The bed bugs were hidden under the bed skirt and stuck to the covering. The Manager of the hotel was very unprofessional and denied that there were ever bedbugs in the hotel. She came to the room to check our story, saw multiple bed bugs and stains and she even killed one with her finger. Even when they switched our ro
oms, they kept renting out the infested rooms we left to unsuspecting customers. This wasn't just one bed bug, there were at least 8 rooms that we know of that were crawling with them. This place needs to be shut down, cleaned thoroughly and better management needs to be hired.

Our school group stayed at the Comfort Inn In Gettysburg, PA on April 19, 2013. Nearly half of our group, who occupied 26 rooms, either found bedbugs in their rooms or were bitten. The staff didn't seem at all concerned and were actually quite rude. They told our principal to clean the dead bug off the mattress himself. The first few people who discovered the bugs had their rooms changed, but then the staff said there was nothing they could do because there were too many of us. They continued
to accept other guests, even placing new guests into the first room where the bugs were found. In that case the mattress and bed skirts were very infested and stained by the bugs. Obviously, the bedbugs had not just arrived.
When we first examined the beds in the room where I and my son slept, we did not find any evidence of bedbugs, but during the night I was bitten at least 3 or 4 times. I saw a bug and tried to kill it, but by the time I got up and turned on another light, I could not find the bug.
Most of our group had a sleepless night feeling itchy and constantly checking for bugs and bites. A few of the children had fairly severe welts that lasted throughout the next day at least.
The staff reacted with an appalling lack of professionalism and absolutely no sense of proper customer service. They knowingly proceeded with business as usual as if the problem didn't even exist. They treated us like we were the problem.

I was just about to fall asleep and saw something run across my hand. After further examination we found 5 bed bugs and blood spots on the sheets. The hotel manager refunded us and we left but she made it seem like it wasn't a big deal.

We found one live adult on a bed pillow. Lifted a corner of the mattress and found babies and multed body parts.
The hotel didnt charge us, but also didnt seem too concerned with the report.
