The Management team at Hilton Tulsa Southern Hills takes the safety and well being of its guests and associates very seriously. Unfortunately, the hospitality industry as a whole has experienced a significant increase in bedbug sightings. We have an established room inspection program, which includes looking for signs of bed bugs. With the assistance and guidance of our pest control company, associates have been retrained to better identify potential signs of the existence of bedbugs at which
time we engage the services of the pest control professional.
Our mission is to provide the highest level of guest service. We take every issue seriously and want to assure you that this has our up most attention. Our pest control company continues to conduct ongoing inspections of the property to ensure this is an isolated event.

The hotel has taken precautionary measures by having a pest control company inspect the facility. We want to ensure our guests receive the best service at this hotel during their stay by providing a “home away from home” experience.
Feeling Filthy Now on 08/31/2010
I stayed at this Hilton property Monday, August 23, 2010. I did not get into my hotel room until late so I did not check my bed before getting in it. When I awoke the next morning after taking a shower I came back to where I was sleeping to find multiple BED BUGS and blood tracks from where they bitten me or whoever else had stayed there before me!!!! I reported the incident the next morning to the front desk and no one seemed too concerned. I have since been battling with Hilton customer servic
e. I just got back from the doctor today after my arms have broken out with over 45 bites on them and he confirmed they were in fact more than likely bed bugs. I am not on a steroid cream and it is miserable!!!!! I DEFINITELY would not even take the chance as the staff did not, and still do not seemed too concerned about the bed bugs.
