I stayed in room 101(suite)from Jan.6 thru 9 upon morning of leaving noticed the bites on mt right foot. Expressed it employee upon checking out, they said manager would call me on Monday. Did not happen. I ended up with $200 in medical bills and never got a call from the mgr. I notified custer services and they logged call and was sent an email from mgr stated she gave me 5000 pts and that her and maint. man checked room. I ended up calling back customer services( which was informed of med bill
, prescriptioon, etc totalling $200 and sent pics to support allegations the 1st time contacted)and told them that I was not happy with the way the mgr handled the situation at all and they needed to get that room safe for future guests. I am a mgr. in customer relations job of over 20 yrs and that this is not being handled appropriately from a corporate, managerial, or costomer stand point. Got an email next day executive was investigating and that the manager was very much concerned about my well being. I responded with then the pest control company has already been in and treated the room upon the complaint then. NO, that did not happen. I got a refund for my stay and told that the room was treated, but currently am still out $200 for the expenses that I incurred from my stay. I would not ever consider staying there again!!!!

A coworker of mine found bed bugs coming out from the bed skirt in a 2nd floor room! I think it was room #227 (not sure on that but, I 'm close!!) We are switching hotel ASAP! This is a very bad situation!
