November 2008, second floor room (not sure on room number).
Requested a non-smoking room. The room I received had obviously housed a longer term guest who smoked in the room. There were still messsages on the phone system to previous occupant. Room seemed dirty. Hotel refused to move me to another room.
Noticed bites, after night one...Then found living bedbug crawling on sheets. Captured the bug in a cup and gave to the attendant at the desk when I checked out after the second night.

No offer to discount or comp the room that had smoke smell and bedbugs. Had scheduled to stay 5 days, moved to the Hampton Inn - and that was my hotel of choice for all subsequent business stays in the area.
