11/3/12 ; My boyfriend and I stayed over night here and when I woke up my eye was swollen. I woke my boyfriend up and told him to take a look at my eye. It was evident I had been bitten by a bed bug. When we checked out my boyfriend spoke to one of the Indian workers there and asked if they had bed bugs, of course he denied it. I called the next day to speak on it again, it sounded like the same man, I told him I stayed there and woke up w| bed bug bites ( I discovered more on my arm ) he asked
what room, I told him, he said "no". Frustrated, I responded "Sir don't tell me no, they weren't there when I went to sleep & when I woke up they were there!" He said " what do you want me to do?" I said "I would like a refund". He said "there is no refunds". Attempting to threaten him I said I was going to report the hotel to the health department. He responded "fine ! Do what you want !" & hung up on me. Terrible costumer service, & nasty infestation !
