On 11/16/2012 we checked in to room 431 and found a live bedbug at the head of the bed on a piece of clothing that had been left behind--the clothing appeared to have been there for a long time as it was actually stuck to the wall at the head of the bed.
We reported it to the front desk who were very unresponsive. When asked to see a mgr we were told to get a hold of housekeeping in the morning. The front desk would not even come to the room to look at the bug and seem rather disintereste

d. When we asked what their process for dealing with bedbug was, the man at the desk seemed annoyed and for the most part not interested at all. He offered another room in a different building. Not sure why we even bothered to attempt this especially since we were treated so terribly to begin with--we had to go back to the front desk and were not offered any assistance at all--upon arriving at the next room the entire walk way leading up to the room was littered with cigarette butts--they appeared to have been there for a while only making us doubt the cleanliness of the room---so instead of going in, we just checked out. The hotel itself appeared dirty and dusty and that should have been our first clue. This is the second report at a Hyatt location I have made in 2 months. The last one was in Kentucky. I'm starting to doubt the Hyatt name completely.
