Checked into room 344 on Feb 1, 2015 with my family for a little vacation in Philly area. Removed all bedding before unpacking and found live bedbugs crawling on mattress. Alerted front desk and showed them video that i took and they moved us to 2 smaller rooms since they didn't have any more larger suites available. That was a huge inconvenience to be with young children split in 2 separate rooms for 2 nights. They ended up only charging me for 1 night and 1 room.

Stayed the week of Nov 27th to Dec 3rd on business training. The following week bite marks began to form on me (just me, not my wife who had not traveled with me). I sent my concerns to the Hilton website who said that the hotel manager had been informed. I got no reply from the hotel, so after three days, Hilton offered me a free night's stay - thanks, but no thanks. I was concerned that they do something about the problem, but my reply was simply ignored.

Since I have been here at this hotel, there has be NO cases of bed Bugs. The case that is posted here is false and not True.

Found 5-6 live bedbugs and several dead/ shed shells in the bed and on the pillows.
They offered us a new room, but it was a smaller room and a smoking room. We couldn't move due to allergies.
