We were in room #307! My fiance and I were laying in the bed for a bout 1 hour when he started to itch all over his arms. We thought he had got bitten by a mosquito so we tried to fall asleep again. Not even 10 mins later he jumped up and said something is in this bed biting me! So we pulled the covers back and to our surprise THREE bed bugs were crawling on the sheets. Two were adults and one was a baby. We called the front desk, the manager was snotty! She tried to say it wasn't a bed bug but
we had took pics so she couldn't deny it! She was rude and unprofessional! I would NEVER stay there again!

ROOM #228- I was comfortably laying in my bed reading a book at this hotel on April 13th and a freakin' bed bud landed somehow on my book. I freaked out and called the front desk to request another room. The rude "Brook" did not seem a bit concerned and just said come get a key. WHen I went to get the key to another room, I explained what happened and she said, well we just had this hotel exterminated and replaced all mattresses so it probably wasn't what you thought it was. i said have you
all had complaints about bed bugs or an outbreak here before and she lied and said NO. I heard differently form another employee being honest that in fact they did have an outbreak of bedbugs recently. I know what i saw and because she lacked concern I will never stay at another Comfort. The hotel is nasty there was coffee splashed on the bathroom door,a stain on the comforter, a brown smeared stain on the closet by the door that looked like feces. By the way,I have pictures of the Comfort in Roanoke Rapids with a stain on the comforter, pea on the shower curtain. The entire bathroom smelled like pee.

Got bit up to the point that I had to go to the hospital. I had to get a steroid shot and steroid pills as well as anti itch pills.
