I stayed at this property last week on Thursday, November 14 through November 15. When I woke up at home on Saturday, November 16, I noticed I now have bed bug bites on both arms, in clusters. This diagnosis was confirmed by my doctor.
I contacted the hotel's general manager to report the infestation and have not heard back from the general manager, Sue Anderson at this time.
While the hotel looks nice, it is not staffed well and due to this oversight, service is not the best. In fact, o
