I stayed here on Nov. 16-18, 2012 in room 107. After returning home I was bitten 3 to 4 times in a few days. Never had a problem at my home until I came back from this hotel. Called management and they acted like they have had no problems. Of course now I see there have been two other previous complaints. I have spend over $3000 on pest control to deal with this.

Checked in on 11/3/2012. Was there for approximately 15 minutes before a bedbug was discovered on the mattress in our friend's room, which was next door to ours.Checked the bed bug registry and saw that they had been reported previously (2011) for bedbugs. The front desk staff seemed understanding about the situation, and even agreed with us when we brought the dead specimen to them in a plastic bag to show them. I guess they haven't done much to fix the situation since last year. We left immedi
ately and booked a room at the Quality Inn across the street, which has been remodeled and is very clean. I would recommend that guests in any hotels check out their rooms before checking in. That was definitely a lesson learned.
