April 2012 woke up early in the AM with a huge bedbug on my pillow, pulled back the sheets to find 2 more. Front desk staff were not unhelpful, just clueless. "Wash all your clothes in warm water," they told me. Right. Took pictures of them and confirmed with a pest control service that they were indeed bedbugs, threw away everything I was traveling with -- suitcase, clothes, etc.
