Caught live bed bug crawling on the sheet of the beg I was lying in. Captured it and showed it to the late night staff. She failed to file a report with the GM and maintenance. I was told the next morning that they have no intention of treating the room. No restitution was made. Also,the room that the bug was found in is near the area where the free breakfast is served. Shameful.
