Upon your conversation with the front desk staff regarding the possible discovery of bed bugs in your room, we immediately brought in Griffin Pest Control to inspect the room and the findings were inconclusive for bed bugs. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and as an added precaution we are treating the entire floor as a preventative measure. We checked in unloaded our belongings and were in the room less than 30 minutes. My sister checked the bed for bed bugs and to our horror we found one. Alerted front desk staff and they checked the room with maintenance and found them. We left they gave us a refund and now we will pray we didn't pick any up.
