Hello All, The hotel has been running under a new management company since 2012 and we are bed bug free! We also now rank in the top 10% of all Hilton Garden Inn's for our customer service scores! Stop in and check out the new place!
The worst part of my stay in Maryland... on 06/07/2011
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (06/03/11-06/06/11) and after the first night, I started seeing these itchy, red, raised bite marks I thought to be mosquito bites...however, they took on the common "breakfast, lunch, and dinner pattern" characteristic of bed bug bites and realized they are not mosquito bites.
Can also confirm the horrible service and attitudes of the staff-top to bottom.
Looks good, but the worst place you can choose to spend even one night.

Stayed overnight at this hotel and woke up to several bed bug bites on my legs. Reported it to hotel manager and was told that the hotel did not have any bed bugs. LIE! don;t stay at this hotel! bed bugs and terrible service.

I am a manager at Hilton Garden Inn BWI, and we have not had any reported incidences of bed bugs. In fact, we do not have a manager or employee by the name of Michael. I think there has been a mix up in which hotel you are writing a review about. There are seveal Hiltons and Hilton Garden Inns in the immediate area. Stayed at this hotel and came home crawling with bed bugs. Very rude manager, Michael insisted that they were not at this hotel and hung up the phone on me, it was the only place I stayed Baltimore.
