12/9/12 This afternoon we have spoken with a very helpful representative for the hotel. He very professionally handled the problem of our isolated issue. They are in the process of remeadiating the bugs which were isolated to one area in our suite. Their professional approach is very reassuring that this issue will be completely resolved.

8/9/2012 we were on our second night @ this location while getting ready for bed we spotted a small bug on the bed . we tried to crush it in a napkin and relized it was flat with a hard shell and while pulling the bed apart googled images and sure enough there was molted bodies, thier poop & eggs on bed skirt and box spring....they sent a guy to our room with a sticky roller on a pole to remove the problem , horrified we left! I have the bug in a baggie and video i intend to follow through wh
