Room 312, March 14-18, 2012, multiple bedbug bites even after linen change. Bites are in the typical locations, thumb-hand joint. inside wrist/arm. Intense itch, typical indented bite. No compensation or room change offered. Also door locks were malfunctioning (my friend's room (310) had the lock go out completely at bedtime & had to wait 2 hours. The maintenance guy finally had to break in by removing the air conditioner & crawling through the hole)!
