NCAA Volleyball Tournament Weekend on 12/18/2012

I stayed at this Ramada from 12/13 through 12/16 and came home with a case of bed bugs. I stayed in room 254. I never expected anything like this to occur. It is absurd. I have contacted Ramada to no avail however.
