We checked into room 225. Upon arriving I did my usual room inspection for bedbugs. One of the double beds was covered in a bedbug protective cover, the other was not? Upon lifting the mattress up I noticed a bedbug trap placed between the mattress and box springs. I immediately called the front desk and left the room. The staff refunded our money.

On the week of May 5, 2014 I stayed the whole week at the Drury Inn in Bowling Green, KY on the second floor Rm 222 with a large group of coworkers for training. Early in the week one of my coworkers awoke in the middle of the night with a bed bug in the middle of "feeding" attached to her arm. She immediately along with the bug went to the front desk to complain. The bug was clearly a bed bug but the management tried to make light of the situation by saying it was only a flea. They moved my co
worker to a suite and apologized. I did not think too much of the situation until I returned home that Friday. After coming in from my travels that evening I went straight to the mirror to check my back because it had been itching the entire day. I still didn't think much of it until I realized it was somewhat of a rash that I had never seen before. I had clusters of bites on the middle, bottom of my back. It wasn't long before my thoughts came full circle and I began searching for pictures of bed bug bites online. To my surprise my bites were so identical to the pictures I found that I could not tell the difference in my back and the pictures I found. My bites were in clusters just as the website had described. They itched and had a burning sensation like described as well. In waited to treat the places until the next day so I could have the places confirmed bed bug bites by a professional. There was no question when they examined my back of what they were. As I was sharing my story to some of my more seasoned coworkers they began admitting that they as well as others have had problems with bed bugs at the Drury Inn too. They assumed the problem was fixed so they didn't tell me hoping to avoid me from worrying. My company stays at this hotel constantly for work. This process will soon be investigated but under no circumstances will I stay there again. It is a very nice hotel, with nice staff so it is easily disguised as a safe, sanitary place to be. Please be aware and rethink your decision of ever staying at this establishment.

Stayed here with a large group for training the week of Sept 16th 2013. The first night two people woke up with the classic bed bug bites. They call them breakfast lunch and dinner because they are typically 3 in a row. The manager searched other people's rooms and took the sheets off and threw them in the floor then put them back on the bed. They did call an exterminator who said there was light activity and treated the rooms. This is the 3rd incident in 4 years for our group that uses this hot
