On April 24, 2010 we stayed at this motel, we had two double beds, the one bed was infested with bed bugs, clearly visible- my friend had bites. We called the front desk in the morning, and they came up and saw them too but showed no concern. I contacted the corporate office via email and after a few weeks and a few emails, including a form letter, I received a letter from Chris Onkka, a customer care rep for Wyndham Hotels offering $25 off our next stay- like I would ever stay at one of their h
