Me and my family checked in around November 21, 2012. The first room had roaches so we moved to a different room and the same floor. We didn't realize we had bed bugs until two days later. I was bitten 60 times and my son over 150. The hotel housekeeping and manager admitted they had them but the owner does want to take responsibility.
