I spent one night in the hotel, my second time staying at this location, and woke up with irritated skin on my whole body. It progressively worsened and I went the dr who treated me for scabies and other related skin infections to be on the safe side. The Dr. also confirmed the most likely place I got it was from that bed on that night. This was early Dec 2015.

Stayed here on 6/11/14 and woke up with 20+ bites. Not fun. We alerted management, hopeful they will address the problem.

I have been staying in this hotel three nights a week for the last year for a work assignment. This past week, room 233 was given and I wike up with 15 welts on my neck and two on my hand. Reported to management and the only thing said was, we never had a problem.

I have stayed at this hotel 15 different times in the past few years. I have never seen a bedbug there nor been bitten while staying there. Several of my colleagues also use this hotel when we have to fly out of O'Hare early in the morning.
So hopefully the earlier report was an isolated instance. The difference is when the hotel goes the extra mile for the guests comfort and expenses and also gets out in front of the the infestation to keep it from becoming a major problem.
Again I've ne
ver heard or seen a problem with bedbugs there after plenty of nights staying with them.

Both my brother and I , staying in different rooms on the fourth floor, were bitten by bedbugs. We told management and they said they couldnt change our rooms so they would spray. The next night was worse. I have had an allergic reaction to these bites and have been dealing with it ever since July. The hotel has been SLOW to respond.
