We take every report of bed bugs very seriously. If a guest reports that they may have found bed bugs, we take swift action. We immediately remove the room from service and call in a nationally recognized pest control expert to investigate the room and take all steps necessary to address the situation.

Came home last weekend and set my suitcase in the spare bedroom. Two days later I saw an unknown bug crawling across the spare bed. Immediately placed it in a plastic bag and identified it as a bed bug.
Can't find any more, but set out suitcase and have scoured our home.
