Immediately upon entering the hotel room, I found a bed bug crawling across the night stand. I killed it with a plastic card- we called and reported it. They responded with very little emotion. They responded very quickly though. The man that helped us relocate said I was the first to report having seen a bed bug (in his tenior- no idea how long he's been working there). It's 10 Pm. I am exhausted. And am lying here in a new room wide awake afraid to fall asleep.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. After about 45 minutes of being in the room, I saw a bed bug crawling around on the bed near the pillow. I called downstairs and they immediately changed my room without much reaction to my report. Later I learned from a staff member that I wasn't the first to report bed bug problems in the hotel.

May 20-22, 2011 I stayed there for an event everything was clean and in order but you don't expect to look for bedbugs in a hotel of this caliber. This has been the only time I stayed at a hotel in 5 years.
Around Sept. I continued to itch thinking I had mosquitoes in my bed but then I witnessed one bedbug a night. I would kill it then not worry about it. So I googled BedBugs and realized my bed had been infested so once I took my bed apart I saw many more.
I then exterminated and had my
bed and box spring encased. Two months later, I see some more, not as much as the first time but the fact I saw some so now I must exterminate once a month until I get comfortable again. I haven't had this problem in the eleven years of living here but after that hotel trip I brought back bedbugs from this hotel. I am furious and its very frustrating. I have spent a trememdous amount of money trying to get rid of these things but the sad part is, they lay eggs and once hatched, you start seeing them again. Now I have to bomb my room to see if this will at least kill the unhatched eggs.
