We stayed 2 nights at room 240 (2012-01-05 untill 2012-01-07)before traveling back home and we got bedbugs. We didnt realize that untill we got on the plane. Later when we came home, we had to put out our luggage because we though it might be infected. We still get new bites everyday and its been a week since we´ve been there.
So be careful before you book a room with this hotel.

We stayed there for 10 days, and found absolutely no sign of bedbugs in any of the rooms. The place is being remodelled, as it has been taken over from a time-share company. The staff was more than helpful, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

Found bed bugs on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, and many problems have ensued. At first I was told mine was the only complaint, and so I had to pay for the extermination. Upon later inquiry, I was informed that three other rooms were treated, and those tenants paid, so I should also have to pay. This is the landlord's responsibility. Not only that, with only four rooms being sprayed, the bugs will simply vacate to other rooms, and come back. There has been no agreement for follow up treatment
s, which leads to the growing epidemic of bed bugs nationwide. An infestation will most likely occur. I advise people to choose other locations, and especially not to get involved with the student housing program with this hotel. The staff are wonderful, however, the manager is misleading and condescending. I have been pointed in so many different directions that I don't know who to even go to for the issue.
