I checked in to room 458 yesterday. During my standard room inspection, I found a couple of blood streaks on the sheets but no other signs. I alerted management, who took the matter seriously and sent security to the room to inspect further. They confirmed my observations and set me up in a new room. Full inspection of this room found nothing. I've spent one night here with no bites. Management addressed the matter very professionally.

On the second morning of a week-long stay I found a bed bug crawling across the comforter. I travel quite a bit, so I'm always diligent in checking for signs (creases of the mattress, between mattress and box springs, signs on sheets/comforter, etc.). I saw no signs when I checked in, but there was definitely a bug crawling one morning. I told the front desk and they immediately moved me to a different room. There were no signs the rest of my stay.

I was in the Hotel for one week and returned home with horrible bites all over my legs and body. I also noticed my friend who stayed in a different room was scratching himself all over and his legs were bleeding from scratching. I am afraid I may have to pay an exterminator now for my home.

I checked in to a room on the 4th floor Kona tower of this hotel and immediately inspected the bedding and mattress finding tell-tale blood stains and shells on the mattress itself, the mattress pad and the bed skirt. I informed the housekeeper and was a bit concerned that she did not know specifically what to look for. The front desk immediately moved me to a room on another floor where I did not see any signs upon check in, but did wake up with two bites this morning.
