date: march 2009. breakouts and bites after first night...reported to general manager...hotel denies any infestation and even after a dermatology report confirmed bedbugs in writing, the hotel only refunded one night of a three night stay...this incident cost me over a thousand dollars- had to buy a new mattress etc.....
