Disgusted on 01/15/2013

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had booked an additional night since we wanted to stay in the city longer. On the 4th night , I woke up to see a bed bug on my daughter's pillow. I killed it on the night stand and blood came out of it. The hotel manager insists I should not call it a beg bug. 2 housekeepers saw and confirmed it and calls are not being returned. No refunds made, no reports made. I was told the exterminator was there on Monday the 8th and results would be out on the 9th. I
