we had bed bugs found while our stay in nov 2012. we had a room with 2 beds, the bugs were found in both beds. we informed the reception and asked for a new room. we changed the room in the night. at the new room were no bed bugs, but the room was not so clean as we expected. so we checked out the next day and we were very disapointed because of that matter. but we have to say that the staff was very friendly and we had nothing to pay for that night.

I encountered a large bedbug when I was checking out. It was crawling on the head board and I thought at first it was a different type of bug. After taking pictures and showing colleagues, it was determined to be a bed bug. I notified the hotel via email with the pictures and am still awaiting a response.
