Itchy on 01/08/2013

December 30, 2012. On our way to Miami and then to Disney. Went in to room and found stains around headboard bed skirt and then found a dead bedbug in between mattress and box spring. Attendant did not seem surprised and did not hesitate to credit us back...she even re-booked that room while I was standing there!!!
