Bedbugs in our room and the staff were very slow to react. We had to show them the problem and they said it had never happened before. We had to point out the bedbug killing spray on the wall, so it was a complete lie. I took pictures of the bedbugs to show them because they didn’t want to look at first. The other family’s that were with us had to turn their rooms upside down and verify there were no bugs. The hotel staff did not want to help what so ever. The breakfast omelets were dr
y and burnt. The cleanliness of the hotel was questionable with missing baseboards like it had been bug treated and or lack of care because there was no construction in process signs anywhere. They reduced my room rate because of the bedbugs and then said they would just not charge me for the room, but not the two other families. The transaction still shows at full price on my bank account and my bank says it’s not a hold it’s a transaction. Very unhappy... Will NEVER stay at this place again and will certainly advise the rest of the organization(s) we are affiliated with to do the same. If they would have placed us in another hotel and not charged us because of the inconvenience they would have exceeded our expectations.
