Our room was confirmed with bed bugs. We have photos and it was confirmed with the hotel staff. 5 people had bite marks from bedbugs. Our vacation was cut short because of this. At first Summer Bay Resort was very helpful, but now that we have broken items and lost time at work. Summer Bay will NOT pay us back. NEVER GO TO SUMMER BAY RESORTS!
