I stayed here on April 14th-17th for a short vacation. I did not book this hotel room, the trip was planned by someone else so I was just went along. When we checked into the room, the hotel was shady from the start. Run down and dirty. One of the rooms we booked smelled reeked of mildew. It was extremely unbearable when the air conditioner was not on. Fast forward to present day, I discover that my bed back at home has bed bugs!! The exterminator came and treated the room and says they have bee
n there for 4 months which is exactly how long it's been since I've stayed at this hotel. I had to throw my entire $700 mattress and box spring away plus the cost of two treatments from an exterminator.

I stayed there the night of February 26 bc u had an early morning flight. I checked in around 9:00 pm, and went to bed at 10:30. At 11:15 I was woken by bites, there were hundreds of bed bugs in the bed. I went down to front desk to report it and get a refund. The front desk did not seemed shocked or surprised, or even really cared. They could offer another room but could not offer a refund without management approval and there was not a manager on site. After 45 minutes finally they had the
restaurant manager approve my refund, I went ext door to holiday inn express and received great service ad a clean room without bed bugs!!! I am grossed out!!
