Former employee of the hotel, who worked maintenance on occasions,with confirmed presence of bed bugs in two of the 78 rooms.

Checked in on Mon 5 Nov for three nights, woke up Tuesday morning with 9 bites, fingers, arms, face, legs and buttocks, was moved to another room for the next two nights, no further bites, went to a doctor who confirmed the bedbug bites, hotel denied any bedbugs were in the room. Clerk even suggested I probably got bit on the flight. Never offered any compensation, just denied it happened,
