Follow-up to previous report: Bahama Bay Resort handled last night's bed bug situation so immediately and so well, I have no complaints. Management was totally responsive this morning as soon as I called, and they took good care of our belongings and moved us to a nice room. The housekeeping manager and staff deserve to be commended. Everything worked out so smoothly.

It's 1am and I'm sitting on the bed writing emails when I saw my first bed bug. I killed it (it had blood in it) and looked up this website (and others) to find out what I can do. The next one appeared about 45 minutes later. I killed it. Also had blood in it. Both were crawling on the bed. I'd wake the rest of my family making calls to housekeeping or management. I'll probably deal with that in the morning, but I'm not sure what to do in the meantime. :(
